Exercise.
Stretch.
Walk.
Keep your body flowing in sync with the life force that runs through it.

Eat well.
Keep your intake in balance, use moderation.
Include chocolate and other treats within reason.

Caring for your body is self-love.

  1. Ah… now I need that last line! I have been consuming really rather a lot of chocolate recently. The rest is good, honest! Fruit, rye bread, organic, lots of veg and salad etc. But chocolate, I find it so hard to eat in moderation. I need the calcium, that’s what I tell myself. Ahem. Hello, Beth! Have you found an awful lot of blogs this year not doing the A-Z or just not leading anywhere, or private to viewers?     • Liz, Chocolate is my downfall, too. Definitely not as many A to Z participants this year…

  2. Yes, I absolutely LOVE to walk the waterfront of Poulsbo to enjoy the beauty of the bay, the wildlife, people walking their pets, and of course the sunshine. I LOVE your post and I can SO relate to it. Enjoy your day and thanks for the lovely posts! ❀
