Keep calm and carry on.

Our hectic pace urges us to do more and more.  Outside pressures can set up unrealistic expectations of what we can accomplish.

Instead, when I am centered and calm, my work is high quality and likely won’t need to be done over. I feel peaceful and hopeful about my abilities.

When I think clearly, I can keep calm and carry on.

Though I find myself unbearably anxious more than often. :/ #WeShallOvercome
    Best wishes!
