I’m doing the best I can.

We can be so hard on ourselves. We experience many stressors that impact our capabilities at a given moment and lead us to judge ourselves during these difficult times.

Instead, we can focus on our strengths to see how we contribute in a positive way. We can find ways to increase our skills in areas that might need some growth.

When I am conscientious and thoughtful, I am doing the best I can.
