If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.
If you want to be happy, practice compassion.
~ Dalai Lama

Practice. Practice what you preach. Practice what you want to see in the world. Practice how you want to live. Practice how you wish to be treated. Before long, it will be your way.

When you slip from your intentions, can you be gentle on yourself and just return to the place you want to be?

  5. Loved the advice…It is important to value the effort and not always harp on results.
