A man of calm is like a shady tree.

  1. Take time on the morning to center yourself with God and read uplifting writings. Then reflect all day on what you read and apply it to any given situation. This helps me to stay calm.

  2. I love your blog! So Zen…

  3. Very zen and economical. Deep breaths. Thanks.

  4. You’re right! Great minds… 🙂 Maybe I’m calm these days because I don’t feel anger… have no reason to feel anger. Life is good! 🙂 Great post!

    • Sometimes I think that I am actually feeling hurt instead of angry, if I reflect deeply enough

  7. What rattles me? Bad driving and a host of things I guess .. but then it is time to pause and let it pass … I love the quote Beth – and your theme. I wonder what D will be ..

  8. Just like kidney stones, all these things DO pass!!
